Responsibilities: |
|
|
- Prepare precise drawings and details for stone fabrication and installation using AutoCAD. ( i.e. plans, elevations, sections, details, connection details, hardware details and shop tickets.)
- Communicates/coordinates as required, with Engineers, Consultants, General Contractors, Project Managers, and/or Clients in a clear, concise, respectful and professional manner.
- Keep the Project Manager(s) apprised of the status of current projects assigned to you and the projected hours remaining on each project.
- Responsible for meeting all committed deadlines or identifying specific changes/modifications that will extend the project hours.

Requirements: |
|
|
- Architecture or Architectural Technology diploma
- Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant experience.
- Experience in detailing stone cladding, structural steel, concrete, timber and architectural details.
- Must have a strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Must have working knowledge of personal computers and MS Office Excel and Word programs.
- Must have the ability to read architectural blueprints and composite construction drawings.
- Must have the ability to identify problems in drawings, investigate and markup discrepancies.
